To allow plenty of time for all patient visits and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. While we work hard to stay on schedule, emergency cases receive top priority, so occasionally a scheduled appointment is delayed.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. You can drop off your pet sometime in the morning and our doctors will complete the exam as time permits during the day. When the doctor is finished, we will call you to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions. For the safety of all the animals in our care, vaccinations on all pets must be up to date.
Safety First
Please make sure your dog is properly leashed and under your control while in the waiting area or exam rooms and that cats are securely contained an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Remember, visiting the vet can be stressful for some pets, and they may be uneasy around new people, new surroundings and other pets. For everyone’s safety, we ask you to restrain your pet. Please be sure your pet is on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room.
